Heather M. Rogers began her career in dental hygiene in 1999 when she graduated with from the College of Southern Nevada. For the last ten years Heather has worked for a prominent Las Vegas prosthodontist and lecturer, Dr. Marco Padilla, a former Ohio State University educator. Her varied clinical experience includes general, cosmetic, and periodontal dentistry.
Her commitment to her state and component dental hygiene associations began when she was elected the Student American Dental Hygienists' Association (SADHA) president. She then held the Southern Nevada Dental Hygienists' Association (SNDHA) presidency for two years running. Heather has held various chair positions along with being a state delegate and national American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA) alternate delegate. She was also hired as the first executive director for the Nevada Dental Hygienists' Association (NDHA) and is their current president.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2010 and is currently providing continuing education for professionals in communications, diabetes, and infection control.
